Questions, answered.
Do I need to connect my brokerage?
No. Nimblewit never asks for your brokerage or bank password. Upload PDF statements, screenshots or CSV exports, or add trades by hand, and you review everything before it's saved.
What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
You move to the free Starter plan unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted. If you're over the free limits, you keep everything you have, but you can't add more accounts or holdings until you upgrade or free up room.
How do I keep my portfolio up to date?
Prices and dividends update on their own after each market close. When you buy or sell, drop in a new statement or screenshot, or add the trade by hand in a few seconds.
Where is my data stored?
Your portfolio data is stored in Canada. Some service providers we rely on, such as our web host and the service that reads uploaded statements, may process requests outside Canada. Our privacy policy lists each one.
Can I export or delete everything?
Yes. You can export all of your data at any time, and delete all of it from Settings. Deleting is permanent.
